One-to-One In-Person Sessions

In a one-to-one Rebirthing Breathwork session, you’ll be guided through a gentle yet powerful breathing process that helps your body release tension, stress, and old patterns that no longer serve you.

Each session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Every session is different, but one thing stays the same: you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more present.


How We Work Together

Private sessions allow us to work at your pace, going deeper into your specific patterns while you have my complete attention. Perfect for addressing particular issues or simply having the freedom to let whatever wants to emerge, emerge.

In-person sessions are available across the Perth region. We can either meet in your home or out in nature - whichever you're most comfortable with. (Please indicate your preference in the booking form.)

With one-to-one work, we can:

Session Price: $190AUD/£95

Each session is 90 minutes to 2 hours, giving us plenty of time to settle in, breathe deeply, and integrate whatever comes up. I'll guide you through the conscious connected breathing technique while holding a safe, supportive space for your process.

A deposit of $40/£20 is required to secure your session - payment details are in your confirmation email. Remaining balance can be paid at your session.

What to Expect

Spiritual Awakening Breath Journey

You'll lie comfortably on a yoga mat while I guide you into the conscious connected breathing pattern. Your body will naturally start to release stored emotions and tension. I'm there to support you through whatever arises - whether that's tears, laughter, insights, or simply deep peace.

Every session is different. Some people have profound emotional releases, others experience deep states of calm and clarity. Trust that whatever happens is exactly what you need.

How to Prepare

  • Wear loose comfortable clothing (you may get hot or cold during the session)
  • Ideally have a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask (optional) journal and pen (optional) and anything else that will make you feel comfortable during the session (spine should be straight during the session so pillows are not recommended however your comfort is most important so listen to your body especially if you have back/neck issues)
  • Fast for a couple of hours prior to the session if possible. Or only eat light (e.g. fruit), avoid heavy food.
  • Hydrate well with water before the session
  • Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to the session
